Terms and Conditions

At Horology Collezione, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process on new items, Please read our Terms and Conditions below.


1. Purchasing Items:


  • If purchasing an item, please make sure funds are paid within 24 hours of placing an order either via eBay or the website.

2. Shipping Items:


  • We ship to your eBay address or address given on ID, so please ensure this is up to date before making payment as we will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details.
    We work to a 2-business day dispatch, however, 95% of our orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Although we post out Monday to Thursday next day pre 1pm Royal Mail tracked Signed for, we cannot guarantee a pre 1pm Delivery time.
  • If you do not want your items shipping and wish to collect, you can arrange to collect from one of our offices or home address.

3. Return Period:


  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return on new items only.

4. Eligibility:


  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

5. Refunds or Exchanges:


  • You can choose between a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for a similar item.

6. Return Shipping:


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

7. Restocking Fee:


  • We do not charge any restocking fees for standard returns. However, if the item is returned in a significantly different condition than when it was shipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

8. Warranty and Defective Items:


  • If your item is defective or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us via WhatsApp and We will guide you through the warranty claim process.

9. Return Process:


  • Contact us via WhatsApp
  • Provide your tracking number and a description of the item you wish to return with photos.
  • Wait for our team to provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

10. Refund Processing:


  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
